a clean, central haven
fresh smell surprise upgrade central location
the hotel always smelt fresh, and the cleaners did an excellent job. our room was upgraded to a triple, a lovely surprise indeed! the location was perfect. it was central, just a couple of minutes from the beach, and in the middle of shops and restaurants.
i asked for a blanket, but this could only be done the following day.

The staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient with requests. they provided quick replies through the whatsapp service, addressing our needs promptly. This made communication very simple.

The staff were all very helpful. They gave GREAT information about nearby restaurants. The room facilities all worked. Shampoo and shower gel were always available.
The location overlooks a busy street. It was loud, even though it was a monday night. I think it is not the luxury hotel it looks to be online.

i really enjoyed the super clean condition of the room. the room included a coffee machine and kettle. staff at reception were helpful. the cafe bar served a great breakfast.
the parking cost 19 euros each day. a deposit was required for the parking card. i asked for a blanket however this was only provided the next day.

great location helpful staff ground floor cafe busy street parking cost blanket request
the location was GREAT, near lots of restaurants! my room faced the marina. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. there was a café on the ground floor, I got breakfast there EVERY morning.
the street below my room WAS very busy. it was quite loud, even late at night. parking cost 19 euros A day. a deposit for the parking card. i needed a blanket. housekeeping brought it the next day though.

The room was very spacious and featured a nice balcony. The location was ideal, near the taxi stop and disco bus. Staff provided useful tips and quick service. A large bathroom was a plus.
I requested a blanket, but it was only available from housekeeping the next day.

expensive parking inconvenient blanket
the location was alright i guess, it was near some shops.
the parking charged 19 euros each day and a deposit was required for the parking card i thought this was a bit excessive. when i asked for a blanket, they said i had to wait til housekeeping came the next day. it was not very convenient since i was cold that night.
